Cancellation and Refund Policy for PSOUL

At PSOUL, operated by Nasim Trading, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at Psouldigimart@gmail.com or call us at +91 9799921777.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: These orders are non-cancellable.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • Product must be in the same condition as delivered.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Approval for a refund will be communicated via email.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days and after deliver to  product seller.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items, used products, or items damaged due to misuse.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items and after contact support to images and video approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
