Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at Psouldigimart@gmail.com or call us at +91 9799921777.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom or Personalized Orders: These orders are non-cancellable.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility Criteria:
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Product must be in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase is required.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Approval for a refund will be communicated via email.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days and after deliver to product seller.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items, used products, or items damaged due to misuse.
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items and after contact support to images and video approval. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
